In an effort to provide information and answer questions regarding the status of Tifton First United Methodist Church and the South Georgia United Methodist Conference, the Tifton First Navigation Team will host the second and third of three Question and Answer/Information sessions Wednesday, June 19 in the chapel.
The first session of the day will be at 11:00 am with the second occurring that evening at 6:30 pm.
Members of the Navigation Team will be on hand to provide information, as well as a small panel consisting of representatives from the church council, finance committee, trustees and others. Tifton First Senior Pastor Chip Grantham will serve as a moderator and will also field questions.
These sessions are being held in preparation for the Bishop’s informal information session scheduled for Wednesday, June 26. That meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm.
