In an effort to provide information and answer questions regarding the status of Tifton First United Methodist Church and the South Georgia United Methodist Conference, the Tifton First Navigation Team has scheduled three Question and Answer Information sessions.
The first will be this Wednesday, June 12 at 6:30 pm in the chapel. The second and third sessions will be next Wednesday, June 19 in the chapel with the first of the day beginning at 11:00 am and the second occurring that evening at 6:30 pm.
Members of the Navigation Team will be on hand to provide information, as well as a small panel consisting of representatives from the church council, finance committee, trustees and others. Tifton First Senior Pastor Chip Grantham will serve as a moderator and will also field questions. These sessions are being held in preparation for the Bishop’s informal information session scheduled for June 26.
