Will and Mary Bailey Smith visit Tifton First

Dr. Will Smith returned home to Tifton First United Methodist Church Sunday and shared his experiences in Chogoria, Kenya. Will and is wife Mary Bailey, a pharmacist, have served at the hospital in Chogoria since 2021. The two were sent to Chogoria by Samaritan’s Purse International Missions, and since being there organized “Friends of Chogoria,” a financial support group to help improve the hospital and it’s care for the patients.  Through their efforts, and the support of donations from Tifton First Members, the hospital was able to build a new Endoscopy Tower and update its equipment.
