River of Life, a community-wide missions project sponsored by Tifton First United Methodist Church, is scheduled for July 10-14. During the week, more than 120 youth and adult volunteers will descend upon Tifton to assist homeowners, businesses, and other entities with support and home-improvement projects. The River of Life organizational committee is interested in borrowing the following tools beginning July 10. If you are willing to loan your tools and equipment, please bring the following to the Tifton First Activities Center. The following is a list and the number of items needed:
Limb saws – 7
Lopping shear – 5
Weed eater – 4
Hedger – 2
6 ft ladders – 20
8 ft ladders – 6
Extension ladders – 2
Pressure washer – 6
Hose – 10
Leaf rakes – 9
Lift truck – 1
Live traps – 6
Chains – 3 6ft.
